Quick Hits: The Court of Public Appeals Edition

Woo. That’s hockey baby, indeed.

I have no idea if the Tweet embed is still going to be up by the time this posts, so I’ll put the screenshot at the bottom of the page just in case, but there’s a big part of me that’s absolutely in love with the drama of the Rangers taking to social media to voice their displeasure and a big part of me that absolutely cringes at them making this grandiose statement to hockey fans all over one player.

The people who love Tom Wilson for living “rent free” are absolutely eating this shit up and the choir to which the Rangers are preaching aren’t exactly the folks that are making the change here. I suppose there is added pressure on the league to make the case in the court of public appeals but I’m not convinced.
