Detroit Red Wings wait, hope on Tyler Bertuzzi’s return to health

And with only seven weeks left in this shortened NHL season, you really begin to wonder if the Red Wings have seen the last of Bertuzzi.

This sounds bad. I mean I know that’s obvious, but it’s starting to get to the point that you’re worried about his long-term health. It’s tough to know how to feel since we don’t know exactly what’s wrong with him.

Hall could be traded by Sabres; GM ‘open to anything and everything’

“We’re open to anything and everything,” Adams said. “My job is to do anything and everything to make this franchise move in the right direction. I have a very good relationship with (Hall’s agent) Darren Ferris and Taylor. Open lines of communication and obviously days are moving forward here, so there will be a lot of conversations around that.”

Obviously it makes zero sense for Detroit to trade for Hall. But, it’ll be interesting to see if a contending team takes a chance on him as a rental.
